Everyone Health: Free Healthy Lifestyle Services

Everyone Health is commissioned by Staffordshire County Council to provide free healthy lifestyle services to residents and workplaces in Staffordshire.

We also attend events all over the county.

We provide Free NHS Health Checks to those aged 40-74 and mini-MOTs for those under 40.

The health checks can be delivered from our mobile unit or at any event you may be holding in your parish .

We provide free support to lose weight and give up smoking, with our qualified practitioners, colleagues and staff can access free Nicotine replacement therapy for 12 weeks and weekly support, as well free nutrition advice to lose weight or free passes to Slimming World or Weight Watchers for 12 weeks.
